SHIPPING & RETURNS
We typically ship orders within 5 business days unless your items are still on their way from a factory.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.
Items will be shipped from Vienna, Austria with official documentation declaring the exact total of all mer- chandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and you must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer gift credits in place of returns.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your gift credit yet please contact us at hello@ amaaena.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Radetzkystraße 3/1/5, 1030, Vienna, Austria.
