SHIPPING
We typically ship orders within 5 business days unless your items are still on their way from a factory.The following shipping rates apply:

// Rest of Europe __ 20 EUR
We currently only ship within Europe.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.
Items will be shipped from Vienna, Austria with official documentation declaring the exact total of all mer- chandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return and refund.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and you must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
